Teller Transformation Pilot
Bank of America has one of the largest footprints in the US. With over sixteen thousand ATMs and nearly five thousand banking centers Bank of America possess a considerable place in the community. However, with the ever-increasing push to mobile physical centers in high-traffic areas needed to be repositioned.
Working with Bank of America we developed a pilot program to repurpose the Banking Center from a purely transactional interaction to one that leverages targeted sales conversations.
